What inspired you to become a captain?

My father. For years my dad took me out on Lake Erie and he showed me what it was to be a responsible sportsman, and I wish to share in this experience with others.

What do you love most about being a captain?

One thing that stands out to me is the connections I get to make with people. Whether it’s sharing my passion for the sport or sharing a Lake Erie sunrise while out on the water, I find joy in these moments.

What is your favorite spot to take passengers and why?

Anywhere along the shipping channel always an experience to see large ships come through.

What’s a memorable experience you’ve had on the water?

Last summer, on a last-minute family fishing trip, my 10-year-old son netted his 8-year-old sister’s walleye she caught unassisted. It was a really special moment for all of us and will be a something they both will remember for a long time.

Do you have a favorite type of fish to catch (if applicable)?

Walleye/Perch

What advice would you give to someone new to boating or fishing?

Go out with an experienced crew and learn as much as you can about the sport. Go take a safe boater course to learn the basics of boating before going out on the water yourself.

What’s your go-to meal after a long day on the water?

Nothing beats a fresh catch cooked right when you get back from fishing.

Charters :

For a party of six passengers or less.
Walleye Trips: 8hrs dock to dock or limit has been caught
Perch trips: 8hrs dock to dock or limit has been caught

Important Information :

⦁ Fish cleaning is the party’s responsibility.
⦁ We have private facilities aboard.
⦁ Coolers provided on the boat are for fish
⦁ Please try to limit the amount of coolers
